ROOM KEY: If you lose or damage your room keys, you will be charged 10 Euros.

SAFE BOX: If you lose the key to your safe, 20 Euros will be charged.

TOWEL CARD: A 10 Euro fee is charged for each lost towel card.

Wristband: Keep the band you wear on your right wrist during check-in during your stay at our hotel. Please return these wristbands to reception when checking out. There is a 25 Euro fee for each non-refundable bracelet.

LATE CHECKOUT: If the room is available, you can benefit from daily activities by paying 30 Euros per person until 16:00 at the latest. Please inform reception one day in advance of late check-out and ask about availability.
