COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS

The frequency of cleaning services in interior areas, general areas and the lobby is cleaned periodically every 3 hours using effective disinfectants. Cleaning works are carried out using effective disinfectants (Chlorine tablets, alcohol-based disinfectants, bleach, etc.) in all public toilets and frequently used surfaces (elevator buttons, door handles, handrails, etc.). All cleaning team uses disposable gloves and masks during this process. Disinfectant units have been placed in areas where hand contact is high, such as all public toilets and elevator fronts. Periodic maintenance and sterilization of the ventilation and air conditioning system and other tools, equipment, materials and equipment such as laundry and dishwasher are provided.

The seating arrangements in all common areas and general places are arranged in accordance with the social distance rules (the distance between tables is 1.5 meters, the chairs at the same table are 60 centimeters apart). Elevator ground signs and written information regarding the use of elevators in accordance with social distance rules have been made. All elevators can be used by a certain number of guests within the framework of personal distance rules.

Masks, bonnets and disposable gloves are used in room cleaning. Materials with high hand contact, such as light switches, drawer handles, kettle, remote control are subjected to a special disinfection process. The rooms are cleaned with disposable cloths. Bed linen, towels, linen, etc. textile products are specially prepared for our guests in our professional laundry in accordance with the hygiene committees. After check-out, the guest room is cleaned, ventilated with fresh air for 12 hours and subjected to ozonation. Filters, maintenance and replacements of Air Conditioning / Ventilation systems are carried out by our professional teams. Extra disinfection is applied to the most touched areas such as the points that are considered critical in terms of hygiene, electric switch, door handle, television remote and thermostat buttons. Housekeeping staff will not do any cleaning while the guest is in the room, even on demand.

Materials such as extra pillows, piques, bedspreads, decorative pillows have been removed from all rooms.

Hand disinfection units, masks and gloves were provided at the entrances of all our restaurants and outlets. All service personnel work with gloves and masks. Seating groups in all food and beverage units are disinfected before meals. Tea and coffee machines used as self-service will not be used by our guests for a certain period of time. Products such as salt, pepper, toothpicks, etc. offered at the dinner tables will be presented in disposable packages. Hygiene barriers, sterilization devices, tools and equipment required for hand and body hygiene are kept in the kitchen area for raw material and product shipments to the food production area. Outdoor pools are subjected to chlorination at the highest level of 1-3 ppm, indoor pools 1-1.5 ppm.
