Check-in to the rooms starts at 14:00. Check-out time is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not allowed in the facility.

Couples who want to benefit from the honeymoon package must show their marriage certificate during check-in for accommodations within one month of the wedding date. The use of open areas in the facility depends on seasonal conditions.

2+2 or 3+1 accommodations in rooms other than family rooms or some special rooms may cause congestion in the room and the extra beds provided may not have the comfort of a fixed bed. Guests staying in standard rooms as 2+2 or 3+1 are given a room with bunk beds.

Ultra All Inclusive accommodations provided in the facility start with dinner, include dinner for the number of nights stayed and end with lunch on the day of check-out.

If the room to be accommodated is a special type of room such as a family room, suite room (or similar), no refund will be made if any of the guests leaving the hotel early.

The facility offers animation all day long, an amphitheater, acrobatics and dance shows every evening, Pirates Show and live music program.

There are 2 water slides that can be used by adult guests. Child guests can use the water slide under parental control.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet meals are free. Some local and foreign alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages within the brands determined by the facility are free between 10:00-01:00. Happy Pirate (Serves as the Main Restaurant.) All a la carte restaurants require reservations and are charged. The minibar contains only water, soda and fruit juice, and is refilled daily free of charge.

The disco serves within the concept between 22:00-00:00. Entrance and beverages are free. Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed in the disco.
