Theodora Block Land View and Theodora Block Sea View rooms and Theodora Block Family Rooms are 100 m away from the main building of the facility and are accessible via a tunnel.

Check-in time for Justiniano Deluxe Resort rooms starts at 14:00. Check-out time is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not allowed in the facility. The use of open areas in the facility depends on seasonal conditions.

Except for family rooms or some special rooms, 2+2 or 3+1 accommodations in other rooms may create congestion in the room and the extra beds provided may not have the comfort of a fixed bed.

Ultra All Inclusive accommodations provided in the facility start with dinner, include dinner for the number of nights stayed and end with lunch on the day of check-out.

If the room to be accommodated is a special type of room such as a family room, suite room (and similar), no refund will be made if any of the guests who will stay leave the hotel early.

During check-in, a deposit in the amount determined by the facility can be taken as a provision from the guest's credit card or requested in cash. In addition to services such as market, hairdresser and water sports, extra expenses made at the facility (a la carte restaurant, minibar, paid drinks, etc.) or material damages that may occur at the facility due to the guest are deducted from this deposit.

If guests do not spend anything during their vacation, the deposit amount is refunded on the day of departure. If the deposit is taken in cash, it is refunded directly. The refund request for deposits collected by credit card or bank card is forwarded to the bank by the facility. The reflection of the refund on the card used for payment varies according to the refund period of the banks.
