*  The facility consists of 2-3 storey buildings.

* The famous Sığacık market set up on Sundays in Sığacık, which has been the subject of many movies such as “Anchovy of the Aegean”, “What Happened”, “Love”, visit to the ancient city of Teos, a day trip by ferry to the Greek island of Samos, the beautiful Sığacık Bay The boat tour that tours the coves is within walking distance of the facility.

* The rooms of the facility are scattered over the lower and upper garden. Rooms are not close to the main restaurant and reception. Those who do not want to walk can take advantage of the shuttle that runs around the hotel.

* Free wi-fi access is available in the hotel's public areas and lobby.

* There is a minibar that is filled with water only according to the number of people. Other requests are charged extra.

* Check-in time of the property is 14:00. The guest who wants to receive his room before the specified time can enter his room early, by paying the fee to the hotel, in case of availability. Regardless of the check-in time, the check-out time of the facility is 12:00. Customers who do not return their room on time accept to pay the hotel fee applied by the hotel.
